Author and host of the program "Time PIK with Serhii Kryzhanivskyi" on Radio Era-FM, Director of the Zynovii Kulyk Global Policy Institute (2013).
    
    Education
    
    Graduated from Lytkivska Secondary School, Brovary District, Kyiv Region, in 1978.
    1980–1984 — Novosibirsk Higher Military-Political Combined Arms School, qualification: officer-political worker, teacher of history and social studies.
    1990–1996 — Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Law.
    Since 1998 — practicing attorney.
    Public Activity
    Serhii Kryzhanivskyi has served as an advisor to the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, an advisor to the Minister for Emergencies, and an advisor on protecting the population from the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster.
    
    He was the first in Ukraine to implement a project for free virtual legal assistance by creating the website http://www.911.kiev.ua.
    
    Since 2003, he has been implementing the project to establish the Information Assistance Service — a universal information foundation to ensure citizens' rights, social protection, and business development; uniting the efforts of Ukrainian lawyers to provide legal assistance to citizens and organizations.
