Doctor-Psychophysiologist of the Highest Category, Ph.D. in Medicine, Colonel of the Medical Service Reserve, author of 63 publications. Served in the military for 22 years, including as Head of the Professional Psychological Selection Department of the Military Medical Division of the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy, and later as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Aviation, Maritime Medicine, and Psychophysiology. From 2004 to 2006, served as Head of the Psychophysiological Support Department at the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. For 7 years, worked as the Head of the Psychophysiological Examination Center for High-Risk Professions at the State Enterprise "Main Educational and Methodological Center of State Industrial Safety Supervision of Ukraine." As the Director of LLC "ENC," I coordinate the work of 43 psychophysiological examination centers for workers performing high-risk tasks. Participated in the execution of research and development (R&D) and the creation of regulatory and technical documentation related to the field of inquiry.
